Floor
Pre-fitted 18mm grade 3 ‘OSB wooden floor ’ screwed to a galvanised steel profile frame.

Chassis
The chassis are a system constructed from a combination of Galvanized U and C Channel steel profiles.

Walls
Panels are composed of outer and inner skin that shall be 0,40mm painted with 5micron primer, 20 micron finishing coat galvanized steel sheet, 40 mm thickness Polyurethane insulation in between. Outer skin is RAL 6005 Green, inner skin is RAL 9002 Off-White.

Roof
Panels are composed of outer and inner skin that shall be 0,40mm painted with 5micron primer, 20 micron finishing coat galvanized steel sheet , 40 mm thickness Polyurethane insulation in between.Outer skin is RAL 6005 Green, inner skin is RAL 9002 Off-White.

Door Panel
0.6 mm corrugated galvanized steel panel. Single door mounted into a steel frame with stainless steel hinges, complete with two way locking mechanism and padlocks, door handle will be on the locking mechanism. There will be Glasswool insulation inside of the door panel.

Hatch Panel

Panels are composed of outer and inner skin that shall be 0,40mm painted with 5micron primer, 20 micron finishing coat galvanized steel sheet, 40 mm thickness Polyurethane insulation in between. Outer skin is RAL 6005 Green, inner skin is RAL 9002 Off-White.

The hatch is hinged to open upwards and can be secured from the inside with by two latches

 
Lifting Hooks
There will be 4 lifting hoods bolted to corners on the roof
